Contestants can complete official entry forms to enter at the show or by being a listener of NewsTalk 1530 KFBK. Entries must be received by 12:00PM July 16, 2009. Some entries may be included after 12:00PM at the discretion of KFBK and the show promoter. Illegible, incomplete, or mutilated entries will not be accepted. Limit one entry per person. The co-promotional partners and their agents are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of ASC Shows and their vendors or media involved. Entry in this contest constitutes the winner’s agreement for use of name for publicity by the co-promotional partners: ASC Shows, NewsTalk 1530 KFBK, CBS 13, Applegate Tran Interiors, Inc. Interiors and Sacramento Cabinet & Millwork, Inc. No purchase is necessary.

This contest is open to California residents over 18 years of age. Employees of the co-promotional partners, ASC Shows, CBS 13, NewsTalk 1530 KFBK, Applegate Tran Interiors, Inc. Interiors, Sacramento Cabinet & Millwork, Inc., exhibiting companies in the show, AND their agencies, affiliate companies and subsidiaries, and their immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Some finalists will be randomly chosen via on-air radio selection process. Additional finalists will be randomly selected from entries received at the show. All finalists will be given two tickets to attend the show on Sunday July 19, 2009 to participate in the winner selection. Winner selection will take place at approximately 4:00pm on July 19, 2009 one (1) prizewinner will win the $23,000.00 prize. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner must be present to win and claim prize. Contest host has the right to change winner selection process without advance notice. Winner must be a homeowner and at least 18 years old with valid identification. Winner to pay all taxes, permits and/or additional plumbing and/or any electrical. Prize must be claimed within 90 days and construction to be scheduled within six months and completed within one year and be within a 50 mile radius of Sacramento.  Prize cannot be sold or transferred.

One prize winner will win the Kitchen Cabinet Package.  ASC Shows, Applegate Tran Interiors, Inc. Interiors, Sacramento Cabinet & Millwork, Inc., CBS 13 and NewsTalk 1530 KFBK, exhibiting and their agencies, affiliate companies and subsidiaries, accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any loss or accident incurred in the connection with any use of the prize, or resulting from the acceptance and/or use of the prize.  The supply, construction and delivery of the prize and any of its components shall be the sole responsibility of Applegate Tran Interiors, Inc. Interiors & Sacramento Cabinet & Millwork, Inc.  NewsTalk 1530, CBS 13 and ASC Shows and their agencies, affiliate companies and subsidiaries, accept no responsibility or liability in connection with the supply, construction and delivery of the prize.  Picture shown is representative of the prize; actual prize may vary in style and color.  Permits and/or additional plumbing and/or any electrical is at the homeowner’s expense.  Prize must be claimed in 90 days and delivered to be scheduled within one year. Winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and selection of alternate winner. Acceptance of prize shall constitute: 1) release of co-promotional partners, their affiliates and agents from all liabilities with respect to the prizes; 2) signification of winner’s consent (unless otherwise prohibited by law) to the use of their name, address (city and state only), voice, and/or photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation; 3) an agreement to be bound by these rules. The co-promotional partners, whose decision will be final and binding, will decide all disputes relating to the application of these rules.
